Return and Refund Policy
- We have a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags) and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@brightrenka.com and we'll provide instructions on where and how to ship the item back
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted
- If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues with the item (defective, damaged, or incorrect item)
- We will evaluate the issue and make it right
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
- Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification

Refunds:
- We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not
- If approved, you'll receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
